Setup directory

Start with a business goal, see exactly what you need, follow the right guide, and verify that the feature is working before you go live.

Open the console

Use this page when you know the outcome you want but not the Amomic-AI name for it. Every row tells you what must already exist, where the full instructions live, and what you can observe that proves the setup worked.

You don't need to configure everything. A website support agent needs an agent, knowledge and a web deployment. It doesn't need a phone number, Google Calendar or an API key.

Most rows need the admin or owner role. Rows that need a particular plan say so. Plans & limits has the full table.

A reliable setup sequence #

For any feature, use the same order:

  1. Check access. Confirm your Amomic-AI role, your plan, and any permissions you need on the other side (Meta, Google, your own systems) before you start.
  2. Create prerequisites. Publish the agent once, save the booking calendar, get the WhatsApp template approved, or get the number first.
  3. Connect or configure. Follow the guide without skipping the choices that decide routing: agent, sender, calendar or number.
  4. Test both directions. Test what comes in and what goes out. A green Connected badge proves authorization, not the whole customer journey.
  5. Test one failure. Use a closed WhatsApp window, an occupied slot, or a revoked test permission, so your team knows what failure looks like.
  6. Record ownership. Decide who watches reconnect warnings, failed sources, webhook deliveries, credits and calendar sync.

Test with non-production records first

Use a test contact, a test calendar event, your own phone and a reversible action. A successful test can send a real message, place a real call, take a real appointment slot or change a record in your system.

If the guide and console do not match #

First check the organization name at the top left: each browser tab works in one organization. Then check your role. Controls that grant access to other services, spend money or change routing are for owners and admins, and Campaigns, Channels and Developers aren't in a member's sidebar at all. A feature your plan doesn't include shows a Plan chip in the sidebar.

If a button the guide describes is missing, the usual causes are a missing prerequisite, your role, or your plan. Before you write to support@amomic.in, note the page address, your Organization ID from Settings → Organization, exactly what the page shows, and when it happened. Those four details are more useful than "it didn't work".
